The Service
What is installed
One rising arm blocker per protected bay. Surface mounted, with no trenching and no rewiring of the building.

How a resident uses it
Each resident is assigned a bay. The arm lowers on request from the resident app, and raises again when the vehicle leaves. Residents are never charged under any circumstance.
How a visitor uses it
A visitor books and pays before arrival, by app or by scanning a QR code at the bay, with a browser fallback for anyone unwilling to install anything. The arm does not lower until payment succeeds.
That ordering matters: enforcement happens before the vehicle occupies the bay, not after. There is no pursuit of unpaid charges and no dispute at the desk.

What the manager sees
An overview of all bays, device health, and fault status with response clocks. Tenant and bay assignment. A violation log with timestamp, bay, site, and plate. A revenue view. The system flags overstays and never automatically charges anyone.

Service levels
